When I stepped out of my car, I immediately stumbled and nearly broke my ankle. After regaining my composure I looked to see what I had stumbled over. I discovered a plastic water bottle filled with a yellow liquid that was definitely not water. I immediately came to the conclusion that the bottle was filled with urine. This just amplified my anger and disgust. I pondered that bottle for a long time - its contents, and the way in which it was introduced into my life. I was floored when I found a published litter study from Ohio that indicated that 972,372 urine filled containers were located on their highways alone in 2004!
