Sweet Express is hiring professional and motivated Drivers needed to join our fast-growing fleet. We are family-oriented and have been providing exceptional service for over 19 years. We take pride in demonstrating integrity, honesty, respect, and dependability!

CURRENT OFFERINGS:

  1. All Dry-Van, No Touch Freight, and 70-80% Drop & Hook.

  2. Average 2,700 - 3,300 miles a week.

PAY:

  1. Paid via direct deposit or paper check.

  2. Paid for 500 miles minimum on a loaded move (excludes local and dedicated.)

  3. Picking up a load Friday in Michigan for a Monday delivery in PA, MD, NJ, EAST NY, WV, OR DE. Get paid an extra $100!

  4. .50 CPM+ depending on experience

OPERATION:

  1. 24 Hour Dispatch

  2. Run All 48 States!

  3. 14 days out and 2-3 days home!

  4. No forced dispatch into NYC.

  5. No Hazmat, Canada, or Mexico.

EQUIPMENT:

  1. Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals.

  2. All trucks will have either an APU or NITE System/Inverter.

  3. Refrigerators in all of our trucks.

  4. User-friendly ELD system - Samsara

  5. Elite Pass (weight stations and tolls)

PERKS:

  1. Benefits start Day 1 - No waiting periods!

  2. Vacation Pay.

  3. Paid Clean Inspections: Level 1 = $200, Level 2 = $100, Level 3 = $50.

  4. Stop Pay: 1st = $30, 2nd = $40, 3rd = $40, 4th = $40, 5th and any additional stops = $50.

  5. Detention, Layover, and Breakdown Pay.

  6. Pet/Rider Policy available.

  7. Rewarding Driver Referral Program: $300 per month for up to 6 months (Must have referrer's full name on the application for the referrer to be eligible).
