We recently ran across a news item about a campaign (it's not political) that's starting to gather some momentum, we thought we would help keep it going by sharing it with you.

The school year is over, but here's one last little brain teaser you can share with your school age children and their friends. It will require a calculator though, so grab one and let's get started.
1. Enter the first three digits of your phone number - not the area code, the prefix
2. Multiply by 80
3. Add 1
4. Multiply by 250
5. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number to the total
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number to the total again.
7. Subtract 250
8. Divide that number by 2

We're not sure why it works or who took the time to figure it out, but every time we call the number we get a busy signal.

As always, there is a lot of misinformation floating around out there about the requirements the DOT has when it comes to reporting and recording accidents.

We have to admit, we were a little surprised by the results of the recent TruckDriver.com Video Upload Survey. We thought sure there would be a lot more of you uploading videos, but maybe you're spending more time watching them than making them.
Here's what you told us about uploading videos to YouTube:
Only 15% of you reported that you had uploaded a video, while 60% of you reported you never had.
25% of you reported you didn't even have a Tube. And we were just kidding with that one!
Anyway, if you have a video that you have uploaded and you would like to share it with us, please drop us a note with the link.
In the meantime, think back a couple of e-Reports ago and try to remember when we were talking about the fact that all you seemed to hear lately is how things aren't going to get any better until the election is over.
Well, now we're starting to hear that things may not get any better after the election either. Kind of makes you wonder who is really in charge, doesn't it.
