And, just in case you were wondering, here’s what’s happening in the TruckDriver.com Trucking Forums. We thought we would pass it along; it’s the latest entry and was posted by amc228810.

Hi Everyone,

I’m with a team that’s trying to learn more about those who work the night shift. If you are a shift worker and experience excessive sleepiness, do you think you could take a few minutes and answer this anonymous survey? You’ll find the survey here : http://www.nightshiftsurvey.com/

Thank you!

Here are the results of the TruckDriver.com Hello, It’s Me Survey.

It looks like the phone is still the preferred method of communication. Nothing else came close. Poor old Snail Mail!

How do you communicate with the folks back home while you are out on the road?

Cell Phone/Telephone – 74%
Email – 9%
Texting – 7%
Instant Messaging – 6%
Snail Mail – 0%
Other – 4%

We heard on the radio the other day that Gmail was the third most popular email service. Poor old Google!

Naturally, that got us thinking about who the top two might be, so we came up with the TruckDriver.com Check Your Inbox Survey. We’ll e-mail you the results next month!

Until next time, keep on truckin' and please drive safely.

Your Comments Are Always Welcome
