We now ask our applicants whether they attended a truck driving training program that is certified by PTDI. Those that did have earned the right to have this symbol (as well as school contact information) beside their name.
This is a valuable, independent measure of the level of professional training these applicants have received.
For these applicants, it’s a way of helping them get the special attention they deserve based on their level of preparation. For our recruiters, it’s not only a recognizable symbol of quality training, but a symbol of our commitment to helping them recruit and hire the very best drivers available. The bottom line is better drivers, shorter searches, surer hires.
