Choice Reefer Systems Limited began operation is 1985 as a common carrier with just 2 trucks and trailers. The company mandate was to target the food industry as a niche market and service this market better than anyone else who tried. The customer response was overwhelming and this demand fueled steady growth over the last 21 years, where we now operate 60 trucks and 70 trailers.

Our remuneration package is as follows:
Beginning at 32 cents per mile, based on experience and CVOR abstract. (Review after 3 months-increase based on performance and CVOR);
$20 for each pickup and drop;
Comcheque service for all road expenses and pay advances;
The company provides and maintains a late model fleet of reliable tractor, trailer and reefer equipment;
The company provides a coast to coast network of authorized repair facilities with company provided P.O.’s;
The company makes available to you an excellent employee health benefits package as well as access to group RSP plan with local investment advisor;
The company pays you electronically every 14 days.

Our remuneration package is as follows:
$1.01 per loaded mile (tandem) $1.03 per loaded mile (tridem-over 50,000 LBS)
$0.65 per empty mile (approximately 400 per month);
$30 for each pickup and drop;
Average paid miles per month - 11,000 to 12,000;
Average pickups & drops per month - 33;
The company pays for your fleet insurance with a buy-down deductible available;
The company pays for your plates and licensing (PST excluded);
The company pays all bridge crossings, border crossings and road tolls;
The company pays for all dyed diesel reefer fuel;
The company pays for all trailer washouts;
The company supplies fuel cards with which you obtain our very competitive fleet fuel pricing. What we pay is what you pay! (Note: 3% admin fee)
The company provides and maintains a late model fleet of reliable trailer and reefer equipment;

The company pays you electronically every 15 days. A draw on earnings is paid on the final day of the month with a payout for the previous month paid on the 15th of the following month.
