We’ve grown at a sustainable rate over the years and currently have a little over 150 trucks in operation. We are located about 2 miles off I-43 near Cleveland, WI. We transport paper products, steel, and automotive parts in 48’ & 53’ dry vans from Wisconsin to various points in the United States.

We are a company that values experienced, professional drivers. Our current compensation package for company drivers is as follows:

? Outstanding Experienced Driver with good driving record has the Opportunity to earn up to .48 cents a mile, (Top of pay scale) on all dispatched miles.
? For those drivers with 4 years or less experience we are paying 32 to 38 cents per mile based on verifiable OTR experience. A minimum of 1 year OTR experience is required.
? Home Time: Get home 10-14 days.
? Extra Stop Pay: $15 per extra stop.
? Hand Unloads (are rare) $65. Most freight is lumper authorized. 99% No Touch
? Truck Washes: Available in the yard at “no charge”.
? Scale Ticket: All scale tickets are reimbursed.
? Holiday Pay: $80 per Holiday is paid for 6 different holidays.
? Vacations: 1 week after 1 year; up to 4 weeks after 15 years.
? Health Insurance: Available after 90 days; $50.08 per week single and $88.81 per week for family.
? Trucks: All Freightliner Conventional with large power Detroit Diesel engines.
