The Boyd Bros. Owner Operator program allows qualified contractors with 6 months experience to bring their own tractors to Boyd Bros. Best of all, Boyd Bros. puts the independence back in indpendent contractor by giving you compensation options.
Owner Operator PAY INFORMATION
Bring your own truck and choose any of our four compensation options:
› OPTION #1: Earn 77% of Revenue Pulling Your Trailer
› OPTION #2: Earn 70% of Revenue Pulling Boyd's Trailer
› OPTION #3: Earn 96 cpm for All Miles*
› OPTION #4: Earn 93 cpm for All Miles*
*Includes 1 cpm longevity bonus
› Up to $2500 Sign-On Bonus
› FUEL SURCHARGE: Paid Weekly on All Loaded Miles (mile pay) or 100% If Paid By Customer (percentage pay)
› Min. Load Pay of $335
› Detention Pay - 70% if Collected
