After three months of continuous employment, Your Advantage Staffing employees are eligible to join our group benefits program. As a client, you may elect to make any assigned employee eligible for benefits immediately. All of our staff is also covered by the Family Services Employee Assistance Program (EAP).


All of our drivers are paid by direct deposit. Their stubs are mailed or sent by e-mail eliminating the need for our drivers to come by and pick up their pay. All of the drivers employed by Your Advantage Staffing Consultants Inc. are regular employees, covered under Worker's Compensation, EIC, CPP, EHT and employee benefits. Each employee receives vacation pay and statutory holiday pay when qualified.
