Founded in 1956 to haul wood to St. Louis, Rollet Bros. began humbly. They did what their customers needed, filling niches and building on a reputation of fairly priced, on-time deliveries. They have grown from a single truck and trailer to a fleet of more than 200 tractors and trailers.
What Elvis & Shirley Rollet started in a small garage in Perryville, MO in 1956, has grown into a major, regional presence with a focus on customers’ needs. Elvis & Shirley’s sons, David & Michael, have taken the business from a small trucking operation to a company with more than 100 team members. Driver Safety Program
Rollet Bros. rewards drivers who are conscious of the need to be safe while on the road. Each quarter drivers who have had no accidents, no incidents and clean DOT inspections receive a safety bonus.
Employee Referral Program
If you refer an experienced driver who is hired by Rollet Bros., and they have completed 30 days of employment, Rollet Bros. will add .01 for every mile they drive for a full year!. This is a great way to help keep the Rollet Bros. team strong and growing while you earn additional pay for your commitment to the Rollet Bros. team!

With more than 80 drivers - who work in teams, drive locally, and drive regionally, Rollet Bros. is able to provide a great work environment with a strong benefit package. Their drivers average more than 5 years of tenure with the company; their most tenured driver has been with Rollet Bros. for more than 26 years.
Rollet Bros. dispatchers keep the operation running. They are the people who are on the front lines, answering phones, coordinating loads, and troubleshooting most any problem. Their dispatchers have an average tenure of more than 6.5 years with their longest tenured dispatcher serving Rollet Bros. for almost 12 years.
You won't find a better office staff than those at Rollet Bros. With team members who have worked for Rollet Bros. for more than 18 years, their office staff averages more than 8 years of service. Their mechanics are also long tenured. The mechanics average more than 6 years of service with Rollet Bros. and their longest tenured shop member has been with Rollet Bros. for more than 20 years.
