Due to the uncertainty around Covid-19, the 50th Anniversary of the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) will be rescheduled.

 

Dates currently being evaluated for MATS 50th are September 16-18, 2021 or March 24-26, 2022. We are actively consulting with exhibitors and attendees to determine which dates are most viable and a final decision will be made by February 15, 2021.

 

We remain committed to providing timely and transparent communication to ensure that MATS 50th will continue to deliver the level of connection, discovery, and face-to-face value we have all come to expect from the Trucking Industry’s largest annual event.

Are you still accepting exhibitor applications for MATS 50th? - Yes, we will continue to accept applications from new exhibitors. Apply to exhibit here.

 

When will attendee registration open? - Registration will open on February 15th, 2021.

 

Do I need to submit a new application? - If you have already submitted an Application for the 2021 show, then you do not need to submit a new application. If you have not yet submitted your application for the 2021 show, please do so as soon as possible, so that we can document your interest and reserve space for you at the 50th Anniversary of MATS.

 

How do I voice my support for one date over another? - If you are an Exhibitor, please contact your sales rep. If you are an Attendee, please contact us at email@truckingshow.com

 

Where will the rescheduled show take place? - The show will be held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY.

 

What about my hotel reservations? - Please contact the hotel directly. All MATS Hotels are holding MATS room blocks for both dates as we evaluate the viability of each and can tentatively hold rooms for your company.

 

Will my booth space credit roll forward to the rescheduled event? - Yes. If you currently have a credit for booth space, it will roll forward to the next event, regardless of timing.

 

What is the timeline for evaluation and announcements?

 

Jan 18, 2021 - Seek feedback from all MATS Stakeholders

Feb 15, 2021 - Announce final decision on reschedule date

April 30, 2021 - Latest date that a Go/No-Go decision will be announced
