TCA Welcomes Lilly Grossman as Senior Director of Education & Training

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), the only trade association whose sole focus is the truckload segment of the motor carrier industry, announced it has hired Lilly Grossman as its Senior Director of Education & Training.
As Senior Director of Education & Training, Lilly will lead the Truckload Carriers Association's efforts to provide cutting-edge training and educational resources to our members, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry knowledge and best practices.
Lilly brings a strong background in the instructional design and educational development space, with over 20 years of experience delivering a myriad of education programs including traditional training, e-learning and blended learning. She has extensive experience developing training in the private sector, government agencies, and at trade associations where she has made training for topics ranging from mental health, construction, diplomacy and vehicle fleet management.
Lilly is excited to begin work at the Truckload Carriers Association, saying "I have a deep respect for the trucking industry, and I am thrilled to join Jim Ward and the entire team at TCA."
